What's the cost of shipping?

Subscription are charged betweeen $3 and $10.95, depending on the subscription you buy. Other store items' shipping rates are based on weight by the carrier.

When will you ship my order?

Subscriptions ship on or before the 10th on the month. If you're a subscriber, your orders will renew every month on the 1st of the month. All other store orders ship within 2-5 business days.

How long will it take to arrive?

Items typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We offer our products to residents in the USA, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Tax amounts are based on your shipping location and vary by county. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.

When will I be charged?

Your accounts will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.

How can I check my order status?

First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.

Can I change my subscription?

Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Manage Subscription". From there, you may cancel or adjust your subscription to another option. Adjustments are based on availability. You can also access "Manage Subscription" from your order confirmation email.

Can I add extra products to my box?

Yes! Visit our store and use promo code "INMYBOX" at checkout. This will waive your shipping fees and notify us to include this order in your upcoming box. Some size and weight restrictions apply.

How do I track an order?

After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.

What comes in the box?

The T-Shirt Club includes the current, monthly t-shirt. The Joy Box includes 4 - 5 centered around the month's current theme. The Ultimate Joy Box includes everything in The Joy Box plus the T-Shirt of the month. Items change every month and are a surprise!
